Ms. Wegner provides healthcare financial expertise and the ability to manage physician practices utilizing financial and operating models that maximize quality of care and minimize expense. She is a recognized leader in the practice management industry.
Amy Inter, MBA, MHA: Senior Physician Recruiter
Ms. Inter leads the physician recruitment efforts for all Evergreen client hospitals. She has been with Evergreen since its inception in 2004 and has since received a dual graduate degree in healthcare business management from Pfeiffer University. With over six years of ED recruitment experience and three years of ED scheduling experience, Ms. Inter is equipped with the necessary skills for accessing qualified candidates, referencing, arranging interviews at the hospital, and negotiating provider contracts. Ms. Inter is experienced in successfully recruiting various specialties and providers including emergency and primary care physicians, intensivists, hospitalists, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, perinatologists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Cathy Sears, MBA: Senior Provider Relations Representative
Ms. Sears has worked in the healthcare industry for 12 years. Her area of expertise is provider relations, scheduling and staffing models. Ms. Sears has produced over 1,600 complete Emergency Department monthly schedules. She has been responsible for all new hospital contracts since 1998, ensuring a successful transition.
