Effective medical leadership is the cornerstone for a successful ED practice. With this in mind, Evergreen Emergency Solutions provides customized training and education to each Medical Director and continuously evaluates their performance in collaboration with the hospital representatives. Behind the scenes, Evergreen further develops each medical Director’s skills through an established mentoring program which offers support and guidance from other successful ED managers. Evergreen Emergency Solutions’ practices benefit from the communication between its medical leaders who collaboratively develop and implement ED solutions for client hospitals.

Stable Group of Emergency Physicians

It is commonly known that hospitals are competing to attract the best and brightest Emergency Physicians in their communities. Evergreen Emergency Solutions has a skilled recruitment team that is dedicated to bringing only the most qualified physicians to join the Emergency Department practice. Evergreen Emergency Solutions is committed to having a stable group of physicians (rather than a revolving door of providers) who will become members of the community and will take pride in their practice.

Physician Revenue Sharing Plan

Evergreen Emergency Solutions has developed a compensation model that compensates physicians for improved productivity and can be modified to align incentives with other hospital key management objectives such as customer satisfaction, resource utilization and usage of practice guidelines. We started this revenue sharing compensation model in 1998 and it is currently being used by more than 50 hospitals across the country.

Data Management Process

Evergreen Emergency Solutions enhances the practice by providing appropriate management reports to help the hospital, Medical Director and Evergreen efficiently manage the Emergency Department. This information will serve as the base line by which to measure continuous quality improvement programs.

Corporate Compliance Program

Evergreen Emergency Solution’s physician billing partner, Healthcare Business Resources (HBR), was the first national billing company to voluntarily adopt a corporate compliance plan. This plan provides a means to ensure that we are in compliance with all laws and regulations that govern medical billing, including COBRA/EMTALA and HIPAA. This program, combined with the utilization of a computerized chart management system and Evergreen’s chart collection process, results in effectively collecting practice revenues and minimizing risk.

Hassle-Free Billing/Enrollment Services

Under a fee-for-service arrangement, Evergreen Emergency Solutions is prepared to assume full responsibility for the billing and collection of all professional fees. We will absorb all bad debts and professional fee charges denied by Medicare-Medicaid or other third party payors, those which are not collectible or are determined to be charity or administrative write-offs. Evergreen Emergency Solutions will also finance all associated costs, including the funding of account receivables.
