For Physicians

The Basics

Evergreen Emergency Solutions recognizes that a stable group of Emergency Physicians is essential to the success of the company and its client facilities. For this reason, Evergreen is committed to recruiting and retaining physicians who are compatible with client practices and who are dedicated to becoming lasting members of the group and community. The goal is to provide a stable work environment without risk of turnover. To fulfill your needs, Evergreen Emergency Solutions will accomplish the following tasks:

Identify a Strong Medical Leader

Effective medical leadership is the cornerstone for a successful ED practice. Evergreen Emergency Solutions believes that you should have the ability to interview several candidates for consideration. The Evergreen recruitment team will conduct an extensive recruitment effort to identify qualified prospects for the Medical Directorship. Evergreen will show consideration for any special requests from the hospital regarding the “right fit” for this leadership role (including prior experience, personality traits and residence).

Identify Qualified Physician Candidates

Evergreen Emergency Solutions will immediately attempt to contract with the current employed Emergency Department physicians and determine the need for additional staff physicians. Our recruiting team will access the pool of qualified Emergency physician applicants for consideration by the hospital. In addition to having an experienced team of recruiters, Evergreen aggressively maintains a database of physicians. This greatly facilitates our ability to quickly fill new and replacement ED provider positions.

Note: During the process of recruiting and defining a permanent physician practice staff, Evergreen Emergency Solutions will maintain coverage of the department during the hours of service scheduled with physicians who meet the clinical criteria established. Depending upon the start up timeline, most candidates will be required to provide a 60 to 90 day notice with their current practice before joining the practice.
