Physician Orientation
In collaboration with the Evergreen team, the Medical Director is responsible for orienting new physicians joining the practice. Evergreen Emergency Solutions places the management of the clinical aspects of the practice in the hands of the local, on-site Medical Director. The Director of Operations works with the Medical Director to prepare him/her for assuming new physician orientation responsibilities during the hiring process. When orienting a new Medical Director, Evergreen Emergency Solutions informs each physician of the hospital’s desire for community involvement, acceptance of committee positions, department meeting attendance and ongoing performance improvement.
