Ongoing Physician Development and Evaluation
After a physician has settled into the position, the task remains to assist the physician with the ongoing development and training. To this end, Evergreen Emergency Solutions offers guidance and support for those who may need additional mentoring and education both to new and existing providers. Should the physician require counseling regarding performance, involvement in the community or relationships with medical staff, this will be performed following discussions and agreement with hospital administration.
